Our application process is simple—start below at #1 to meet us and get any questions answered! As soon as you complete that step, we encourage you to go to our “Tuition and Financial Aid” page to apply for a scholarship from Step up for Students.

Interview

Once the application has been received and reviewed, you and your child will come to the school for an interview. Your child will be given an academic assessment as a part of the interview process. The school will contact you to schedule the interview.

Parents will be notified when their child has been accepted for enrollment. To complete the enrollment process, the following forms will need to be filled and submitted:

7. Media Release Form

Students attending Central Miami Christian Academy may be photographed or recorded on video as they participate in school activities.

As a parent or guardian, I hereby consent to the use of photographs/video taken during the school year for publicity, promotional, and/or educational purposes (including publications, presentation or broadcast via newspaper, internet, or other media sources).

I do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for us or for damages.

8. Field Trip Permission Form

Students attending Central Miami Christian Academy will take field trips as part of the educational program of CMCA. All events will have adequate teacher and chaperone accompaniment and parents will be notified of trip plans in advance of the event.

9. Registration Form

To finalize the enrollment of our child/children in Central Miami Christian Academy, I agree with the following affirmations:

I pledge my support to the school and its administration as they educate my child(ren) according to the school’s mission and values.
I have read this year’s CMCA Parent and Student Handbook in its entirety, and I agree to require my child(ren) to comply with all the standards, rules, and commitments contained in the handbook. I will respectfully support the student expectations established by CMCA.
I have read the Statement of Faith and understand that the teaching and spiritual training at CMCA will be consistent with this Statement of Faith.
I delegate to the school administration the authority to discipline, suspend, or dismiss any student who is unwilling to cooperate with the educational process.
I agree that the school administration shall have full responsibility for grade placement of our child(ren) at CMCA.
I understand that CMCA will take due precautions to avoid personal injury to any student but will not be liable for injuries to children while at school nor while children are traveling to or from school.
I agree to faithfully fulfill our financial obligations to the school in a timely manner.
I agree to attend required school functions and am willing to assist with school related activities.
