Our application process is simple—start below at #1 to meet us and get any questions answered! As soon as you complete that step, we encourage you to go to our “Tuition and Financial Aid” page to apply for a scholarship from step up for students.

We would love to talk if you have an interest in enrolling your child at CMCA. To contact us, fill out the following form or call (786) 676-2078 to talk to the principal. We will be happy answer any questions or schedule a visit.

Interview

Once the application has been received and reviewed, you and your child will come to the school for an interview. Your child will be given an academic assessment as a part of the interview process. The school will contact you to schedule the interview.

Parents will be notified when their child has been accepted for enrollment. To complete the enrollment process, the following forms will need to be filled and submitted: 

  • 1. Florida Health Form - DH 3040, from a healthcare provider
  • 2. Immunization Form - DH 680, from a healthcare provider
  • 3. Transcript from previous school, if applicable
  • 4. Student Health and Emergency Form

Submit this application along with birthdate authentication (birth certificate, passport, or government ID) to the office of Central Miami Christian Academy.

CMCA requiere que los padres o guardianes proporcionen la cartilla de calificaciones más reciente del niño antes de que se complete la solicitud. Se requiere el expediente completo, incluyendo cualquier PEI, antes de tomar una decisión respecto de la inscripción.
